The Board of Directors that governs the Richland County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board meet monthly on the third Tuesday of the following months: January, February, March, April, May, June, July, September, October, and November. Meetings are typically held at the Board office located at 87 East First Street Ste L in Mansfield at 4:30pm unless otherwise noted. Public Notice is provided to the local media prior to any regular, committee, and special board meetings in compliance with the Ohio Sunshine Laws.
