In recognition of Annual International Overdose Awareness Day, the  Starfish organization will hold an Overdose Awareness Event called “Names Not Numbers; Honoring Those We Have Lost and Supporting Those Who Survived” at South Park located at 100 Brinkerhoff Avenue in Mansfield. In honor of International Overdose Awareness Day, the Annual Remembrance Gathering will be held at Lexington Community Park. There will be a candlelight vigil. Toiletry items will be collected and offered to those in need.
