In recognition of Annual International Overdose Awareness Day, the Starfish organization will hold an Overdose Awareness Event called “Names Not Numbers; Honoring Those We Have Lost and Supporting Those Who Survived” at South Park located at 100 Brinkerhoff Avenue in Mansfield.
