Village of Plymouth May is Mental Health Awareness Month Proclamation

May 10th at 7:00 p.m. On behalf of the Village of Plymouth, Mayor Cassaundra Fryman will offer a proclamation to help Richland County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board celebrate Mental Health Month. The event will be held at Plymouth Village Hall.
