City of Mansfield May is Mental Health Awareness Month Proclamation

May 17th 7:00 p.m. On behalf of the City of Mansfield, Mayor Tim Theaker will offer a proclamation to Richland County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board to celebrate Mental Health Month. The event will be at Mansfield City Hall.
