Proclamation from the Village of Plymouth

On behalf of the Village of Plymouth, Mayor Cassaundra Fryman will offer a proclamation to highlight the Richland County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board and its advocacy work during Mental Health Month and beyond. The event will be held at Plymouth Village Hall located at 48 West Broadway Street in Plymouth.
