Proclamation from the Richland County Commissioners

The Richland County Commissioners will offer a proclamation in support of the Richland County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board in celebration of May 2026 as Mental Health Month. The event will be held in the Commissioner’s Boardroom located on the ground level inside the Richland County Common Pleas Court building at 50 Park Avenue West in downtown Mansfield.
