NEW weekly NAMI Check Ins
We all need a time set aside for mental health, self-care, and destressing. Life is busy and hectic – but we all have an extra 15 minutes!
We will be meeting every Tuesday at 5:45pm-6:00pm for the month of February. Topics may include a mindfulness exercise, a self-care technique, a writing prompt, and/or communication tips – the possibilities are endless.
The purpose of these check-ins are to make your own mental health a priority for just 15 minutes a week. After this habit is formed, you may find it easier to focus and utilize simple tools throughout the week to prioritize your mental health.
Anyone and everyone are invited to destress, learn, and relax with us. If we have enough participants in February, we will continue into the following months.
