Job Announcement – Executive Director
The Richland County Mental Health & Recovery Services Board (RC MH&RSB) seeks applicants for the position of Executive Director. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional responsible for planning, funding, monitoring and evaluating treatment, prevention, and support services for people who experience mental, emotional, alcohol and/or drug addiction disorders.
The Executive Director is a highly visible and significant leadership role in Richland County. Building and maintaining relationships at all levels throughout the community. Working directly for the 9-member Board of Directors, leading the seven employee Team; with an annual $10M budget.
The candidate must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform all job duties and responsibilities as summarized in the Position Description. The position requires a bachelor’s degree. With a master’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Counseling, Law, Clinical Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Social Services, Social Work, or a related field. Five years of administrative experience in mental health and/or addiction services field.
Salary is commensurate with education and experience. (Salary Range $95,000.00 to $130,000.00). RC MH&RSB provides an excellent benefits package, including generous paid leave and benefits program, and participation in the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System.
