City of Shelby May is Mental Health Awareness Month Proclamation

May 2nd at 7:00 p.m. On behalf of the City of Shelby, Mayor Steven Schag will offer a proclamation to help Richland County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board celebrate Mental Health Month. The event will be held at Shelby Village Hall.
