Community Action for Capable Youth (CACY) will have available at events a mobile “What’s Your Mental Wellness Pick Me Up?” selfie photo station to select from pre-made healthy coping strategies, hobbies or create your own. Share the picture on your social media and spread the word about the importance of support and positive actions.
