We provide a safe and confidential setting that allows the opportunity to speak about difficult situations and topics related to mental health. \nNAMI’s support groups are unique because they follow a structured model\, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to be heard and to get what they need. \n\n\nFree of cost to participants \n\n\nDesigned for adult loved ones of people with mental health conditions \n\n\nLed by family members of people with mental health conditions \n\n\nNo specific medical therapy or treatment is endorsed but rather all resources and methods are discussed. The group encourages empathy\, productive discussion\, and a sense of community.
