SUMMARY:2022 Opiate & Other Drug Conference
DESCRIPTION:June 6th and June 7th The Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities Foundation\, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services\, will host Ohio‘s 2022 Opiate and Other Drugs Conference at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Columbus. This will be Ohio‘s 12th Opiate Conference. This two-day conference will focus on opiates\, stimulants\, and other substance use disorders\, specifically on efforts related to prevention\, education\, intervention\, treatment\, recovery\, family supports\, community engagement\, and more. \n  \n  \nOhio’s 2022 Opiate & Other Drugs Conference: Helping People Recover\n  \n\n  \nThe Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities\, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction\, will host Ohio’s 2022 Opiate & Other Drugs Conference: Helping People Recover on June 6-7\, 2022. This is Ohio’s 12th opiate conference\, and it will take place at the Hyatt Regency in Columbus\, Ohio. \nThis event will bring approximately 1\,000 attendees together for two full days of education related to the opiate epidemic and addiction. Ohio’s 2022 Opiate and Other Drugs Conference will focus on treatment\, prevention\, recovery supports\, medication-assisted treatment\, criminal justice\, and more!  This event will take place June 6-7\, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Columbus\, Ohio. \n\n \nContinuing education credits are in process for the following license holders: \n\n\nNurses\nSocial Workers\nChemical Dependency Counselors\nPrevention Professionals\nCounselors\nPsychologists\nPeer Supporters\nAttorneys\nPhysicians\nProbation Officers\n\n\nJune 6\, 2022\nRegistration begins at 7:30 a.m.\nProgram begins at 9:30 a.m. \n \nJune 7\, 2022\nRegistration begins 7:00 a.m.\nProgram begins at 9:00 a.m. \nTerms & Conditions:\nPayment\, or arrangements for payment\, must be made prior to the event. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of the electronic registration process\, but you will not be officially registered to attend the conference until payment has been received and you have gotten a receipt of payment. \nWe will not accept payment or walk-in registrations at the event. \nYou will receive a final confirmation of your registration once your payment has been processed.
